You really can't beat the price for this backpack, which fills most of my criteria. I bought this product for my son, who just needs a basic backpack that holds a laptop, snacks, and a battery pack. On the other hand, I am a very picky when it comes to bags. In testing the product I made it my go-to pack because a couple "features" of an expensive laptop bag became too frustrating. This product stands well on its own, protects your valuables, has plenty of space, is comfortable on the shoulders and back, has a nice assortment of pockets, and even has the battery pack hookup and USB-A port. As someone who carries a computer everywhere, I am still looking for a bag that includes a few additional features (such as chest and waist straps). But it is REALLY hard to find that bag that checks all the boxes. But until then I am a happy user of this product, and highly recommend it for most use cases.

I would have given this backpack 5 stars, but the padding in the computer sleeve is very thin, and the computer pocket goes all the way to the bottom of the bag, so when you set your bag down, there's potential to bang you laptop on a hard surface. I already have a neoprene sleeve for my laptop, so I'll keep using that and slide the whole thing into the backpack for commuting.I really like this backpack. I got the white one, and it has a nice look. The outer fabric isn't super plasticky or cheap looking. The interior fabric is more plastic, but it was $40 so I expected that. Spacious inside, enough pockets to organize things but also enough open packing space for bigger items. Comfortable straps and padding, comfortable handle for carrying, and I like the luggage strap on the back for travel. I bought this backpack as my commuter bag to hold my laptop and work stuff, gym clothes and shoes, water bottle, and lunch instead of lugging a purse, briefcase, and lunch bag around. I also plan to use it as my personal item on the plane instead of a purse. Can't beat it for the price.

6 countries in 2 weeks- Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and France (in that order). This backpack was reliably at our backs through all the walking, running, and traveling by plane and train. This backpack always maintained its shape and never wavered. My wife's grey one is shown on the picture and I got the same style but in navy blue.We kept our wallets and passports on the anti-theft pocket and there it stayed for the whole trip.I was afraid that it would be too big to be used as a personal item (we already had a carry-on), but Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, and Air France allowed this humongous (but comfortable and easily-adjustable) backpack as my personal item.Previously, my favorite backpack was an LL Bean Backpack that I had lost 10 years back, followed by a North Face travel-style pack. But this backpack blows them both out of the water, for less money!I love this backpack so much that I got my brother one.

The best feature is the ergodynamically curved straps with netting on the body-facing side. This netting is also placed behind the shoulder - at the scapula - which keeps the bag from slipping off. I typically place backpacks over one shoulder and this netting keeps it from sliding off. The curved shape of the straps does not cut into my shoulder or arm. Second best is soooo many pockets to help me stay organized and keep everything in reach. Well thought out design.
