Return Policy 

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

The item to be returned must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@outdoorgearexport.com. We will review your return request and send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning unwanted items to us. We suggest that you purchase appropriate insurance for the parcels in transit back, as we are not liable for any losses or damages incurred during return shipments. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
