True to Size, Comfortable, Decent Quality

These cycling shoes are comfortable, decent quality and very comfortable. Unfortunately, I ordered them how I would normally order most cycling shoes by going a size up, in this case, these cycling shoes are TRUE to your normal shoe size so unfortunately I cannot wear them on a normal basis otherwise they may have replaced my indoor cycling shoes.From a quality standpoint, they feel good, they look good and they work for a more budget cycling shoe vs. the hundreds of dollars you might spend on a carbon fiber racing shoe without the straps and having the quick adjustment features, so don't plan on having all of the features at your disposal of a normal shoe.The included delta cleats are decent but are also much smaller than a normal SPD-SL cleat and may have issues with certain pedals so you may need to be cautious or have an extra pair of SPD-SL cleats available. Overall, I feel these are a pretty good cycling shoe for the cost and provide a decent option for cyclists that are on a budget.

[Review written by my cyclist husband]:I wish these shoes fit! They have great toe box room which I really need in my cycling shoes, but the 46s are at least a 47. My 46 insole that fits properly in my existing 46 shoes slides back & forth in these "46" shoes. The shoes look nice and are a decent material for the price. I am getting some use out of them on my indoor trainer, but they would be way too sloppy for serious road riding.

For the price I'd say these are a very nice set of cycling shoes. I do like the design of the shoes, and the materials are good, but certainly not high end. Still, for around $60 they're a comfortable, well made shoe. My only real experience with this type of cycling shoe is from a Peloton we bought about 2 years ago...and while these don't feel quite as nice as those, they're not far off.

My feet were slipping on the regular pedals on my stationary bike so switched to clip-on pedals and ordered these shoes for use with the new pedals.These shoes (along with new pedals) are working out great. I don't think I have the coordination to use these on a road bike, but on my stationary bike they are doing the job of locking my feet to the pedals for better power transfer and prevent feet sliding on pedals.I usually wear a men's size 11 but I read (from another review) that you want these shoes to fit tight or else they will rub and cause blisters. I went with a size 10.5 which are a great fit. Tight enough that they don't slip when in use but not so tight to be uncomfortable.When I first attached the cleats and did a test run on the bike, I did not tighten the cleats enough to the shoe bottom and the cleats slid out of position. I then tightened them really tight... too tight. One of the threaded holes partially stripped out, so be careful. You want them tight, but not so tight that you strip the threads. Mine still work fine with the one thread partially stripped. Some Teflon tap wrapped around the screw could be used to re-tighten the partially stripped one, but I haven't needed it.Overall, good quality for the price and more affordable option compared to other shoes like this.
